Bored of the gym or same routine?
Join the Ironwill Bootcamp work out . The instructor is Chris and he’s a great trainer. Its make things easier when someone motivates and helps you like he does. My boyfriend and I recently join for the package for two, we pay $150 a month for 1 year its a little expensive compare to the gym but this is like having a trainer every time we work out. Great, right? Everyday is a different work out which is great! The work outs are intense but its so worth it!

They will really test your limits, It’s not your ordinary gym. They take the monotony out of your daily workout, the variation in workouts can really challenge your body in ways you won’t imagine, muscle groups you didn’t even know existed! The workouts are fun yet intense and again differ each day which is my cup of tea since I get bored pretty easily. Another plus for me is the efficiency of the workouts, since I work full time like most people I don’t have the extra few hours to spend in a gym everyday so these sweet and short workouts leave me some precious time left in my day to do whatever the hell I want which is great!

Most people feel intimidated to go these types of gyms but the instructors work with you in building your strength, they’re all about form and safety. Overall, it’s a fun and positive environment and worth a shot.

Just prepare to be sore 🙂

This class is AWESOME! I look forward to the challenges and dynamic workouts that Chris provides every day. I have been going for about 5 months now and the benefits and changes have been priceless. Now when I go on hikes my boyfriend comments about how sweet my heiny looks 🙂  I also have noticed a great deal of toning in my legs and arms, I have received several comments on how awesome my shoulders and legs look and how I feel overall.

I wear a heart rate monitor when I workout and throughout the workout from the beginning warm up to the WOD my heart rate is up there and burning calories, makes it easier for me to rationalize eating gummi bears.

But what it really comes down to is the instructor- Chris is BOMB he sets the pace, is encouraging, challenges you, and truly cares. Also the people who take this class are awesome, encouraging and friendly. It doesn’t matter what skill level you are at, you are welcomed and supported. To me that is the whole package. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to take a dynamic fitness approach, helps you avoid plateau!

I’ve been training with Chris for a little over 3 years. I remember my first  ever workout with him. It was possibly the hardest thing I have ever done. But at the time I was 280lbs.  I have lost over 90lbs and still going. This is definitely the strongest and the best shape I have ever been in my life.  Thanks to Chris.

If you’re looking for glamour and fancy equipment then this shit ain’t for you.  But if you’re into hard work, a few tears, a bit of cursing and meeting good people. COME ON IN! We’d love to have you!

I have been working out at Ironwill for about two months. Ironwill has moved around a lot and now is located in a back room of the Supreme Court Athletic Club on Mathilda Ave.

If you are looking for a gym with gleaming rows of equipment, look elsewhere. That isn’t what this is about. This is crossfit style, so expect a workout of the day with weights, kettlebells, situps, box jumps and the like. Chris, the owner, is passionate about his clients and his business and is there every single night. He tailors every workout to every client.

Yes, it costs more than 24 hour fitness, but a whole lot less than a dedicated trainer, which is really what you should be comparing the cost to.

Make no mistake, if you put in the effort here, you will get huge results. After two months, I am much slimmer and in better shape, to the point where people stop me at work and tell me I’ve lost weight.

A serious place for those who want a serious workout. No meat market here! Ironwill is in the business of changing people’s bodies. No gimmicks and no bs. Just a good ol fashioned boot camp style work out. The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. The other students are very nice and encouraging.
